  • This is where we start comprehensive treatment with all the tools in our arsenal: medications, nutrition therapy, movement, coaching, behavioural activation and therapy. We continue to collect data to inform and iterate our approach with your goals in mind.

  • This is where you will consolidate all of your learning and gains into a sustainable approach to your every day life, and for when life is not normal. This is also when our patients want to start body conditioning at The Med Gym.
