What is The Shift Program?
The Shift Program is a 12 week online program that helps busy people lose weight the right way. It is practical, simple and meant to be done a few hours per week for 12 weeks.
The Shift Program is the exact method I use in my in-person weight loss clinic but it teaches you how to work with your own doctor or nurse practitioner to execute your plan as closely as possible.
The Shift Program follows the trajectory of planning, preparing for and taking a trip on your favourite kind of boat to help you directly visualize each step of the process.
The Shift is a trip to the 10/10 version of yourself where weight loss is part of the journey but is not the final destination.
About Dr White
Dr White MD CCFP-EM MPH ABOM
Dr. White is the medical director and founder of The Shift Clinic. With years of experience in medical weight loss, she's not just a medical professional; she's your partner in transformation. Certified in family, emergency and obesity medicine and life and wellness coaching, she is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine.
Dr White started focusing on weight loss while running her family practice, in 2020. Her work bridges the gap between disease management, prevention, longevity medicine, obesity medicine and personal development. She has developed a cognitive system, The Shift, which approaches weight loss with a focus on understanding and treating the appetite holistically, with therapy, coaching, medication, food, learning and exercise. Dr White now offers a self guided online version of her signature program to allow for further reach beyond her Ontario clinic.

The lessons are concise, with text lessons under 1000 words and videos less than a few minutes.
